Ken had a close relationship with the club since joining as a player in his teens, and through the years, he eventually became a coach when introducing his son, Jamie, to the game.

Many of you know Ken as the Academy Head Coach; a role he held for 6 years (2013-2018), coaching and supporting dozens of young men through their rugby journey from boys to men.

His impact and legacy on the club, cannot be understated and he will be missed and fondly remembered by many.

Ken’s funeral will be held on 23rd September, if you would like to attend please reach out to his children, Holly or Jamie.

We will also be holding a celebration of Ken’s life at the club on Saturday 12th October - the day of the senior men's 1st team’s home game vs Old Alleynians.

We invite everyone who knew Ken and would like to commemorate him, to join us at the club, raise a glass and share memories together.
