Making history and leading the way as womens rugby has now reach an era with Vet rugby teams and tournaments starting to form. Four of our Camberley players pulled on a shirt representing the Golden Oldies Barbarians versus a full complement of Havant Vets last Saturday in what was the hottest day of the year, it was a great day and an honour to be part of a historic day. The Barbarians were mainly a mix Surrey and Hampshire Vets which was a welcome change to be playing along side local league adversaries.

Although it will be a few more years for playing numbers in womens rugby to field regular club Vet sides, there are growing opportunities for players 35yr plus to enjoy this next level.
